RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns require a Return Authorization. Please call 1 888-561-5570 or email email@example.com before returning anything. Packages received without Return Authorization will be refused.
If you received an item that is damaged, we'll make it right. Contact Customer Care and we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive the replacement quickly.
- How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
Orders that you have had for more than 7 days will not be eligible to be exchanged or refunded for any reason, no exceptions.
Email your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org, we will assign you a RMA # and send you instructions for the return.
For sanitary reasons: Makeup, Masks, Wigs, Beards, Mustaches, Socks, Tights, Shoes, Boots, Novelty Teeth, Fangs, large scale decorations and props, Statues and Collectibles, Mascot costumes and items marked Special Order, Costumes that include a wig or beard, Pet costumes will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
1. Item was refused upon delivery.(it will be returned to the customer at the customers’ expense.)
2. An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
3. Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.
4. Item is marked "Clearance" on the website. Clearance items cannot be returned and are sold as-is. No Exceptions.
5. An order is delayed due to an inclement weather system or any other uncontrollable incident that causes substantial disruptions to the courier's service.
6. NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges for international orders.
All items are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling fees for the return. (with a minimum of $10 ). This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and shipping charges are not refundable.
A refund will be posted to the original card you used or you can request a store credit. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks.
All returns are subject to inspection and refunds will be issued at bestdealcostumes.com's discretion only.
